Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot industrial instruments from major brands.
• Perform calibration and functional testing of repaired instruments.
• Prepare repair quotations and technical reports.
• Follow up on spare parts procurement and inventory requirements.
• Conduct both in‑house and on‑site repair activities.
• Maintain service records and repair history using serial numbers.
• Provide technical support and customer assistance after repair completion.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
