Industrial & Ergonomics Engineer-planta Irapuato

Salaried and dedicated position and as an Industrial and Ergonomics Engineer collaborate with integral teams in launch cost definition studies and is at the frontier of manufacturing validation process since the preliminary stations definition, architecting and implementing ergonomics and industrial solutions, since runoff validation and along the lifecycle of production.

Bachelor degreed: Industrial/Mechanical Engineer, with minimum experience of 3 years in automotive industry (expertise demonstrable), in Electric Vehicles desirable.

Ergonomics deep knowledge and norms, Capacity Studies and workloads (MODAPTS, Metafiles) Conduct with servant leadership skills and behaviors role model.
