JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervision of IE and technical service to support and meet operational objectives
- Management of continuous improvement programs
- Evaluation and review of OPEX projects
- Implementation and review of work standards and process specifications
- Organize and review staffing requirements to ensure smooth operation of the section
- Recommends technical, leadership and other trainings either through classroom or hands-on; conducts trainings for subordinates and other employees to ensure that they are adequately trained to meet the technical, leadership and personal excellence competencies of their assigned tasks and support developmental plans and career growth
JOB REQUIREMENT
