Industrial Engineer Intern

Requirements Technical qualification or Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum 1 year experience in an industrial engineering or manufacturing environment (internship or work experience included) Strong proficiency in data analysis and SPC; CAD experience (advantageous) Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles (beneficial) Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure Duties Analyse production data, workflows and equipment efficiency to improve quality and reduce operational costs Develop and maintain quality control (QC) procedures, inspection methods and testing standards Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor process capability and product reliability Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, performing root cause analysis through to corrective action implementation Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events a...
