Industrial Design Product Manager

As our Industrial Design Product Manager, you will help shape how new products come to life and contribute to the growth of the category. This role sits at the intersection of product, design, sourcing, and commercial decision-making, with close collaboration across leadership and external partners to bring thoughtful, high-quality products to market.

Responsibilities

• Own the product pipeline from concept to launch.
• Brief and manage external industrial designers, packaging designers, and factory design teams.
• Drive the commercial side of product expansion.
• Work directly with the CEO, the China sourcing team, and suppliers to take new products from idea to shelf-ready.
