Industrial Coating Intern

As a IC Intern you will support the Technical Department in development, and lab work activities related to industrial coating products. The internship aims to provide hands‑on experience applying chemical and engineering principles to improve coating formulations, improve processes, and ensure product performance meets industry standards. You will be reporting to IC CD Team Leader.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the formulation and testing of industrial coating products under guidance.
• Conduct laboratory experiments to evaluate physical and chemical properties of coatings.
• Support lab work activities by performing sample analysis and data recording.
• Help in troubleshooting technical issues related to coating application and performance.
• Participate in process optimization projects to enhance product efficiency and reduce waste.
