Conducting thorough market research, evaluating vendors/suppliers and their promotions to secure the best possible deals

Fostering strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and negotiating terms to meet volume targets and expand the vendor base

Monitoring inventory requests and production schedules to align procurement activities with current and anticipated resource needs

Ensuring all selected vendors comply with service level agreements, resolving discrepancies, and updating payment forecasts and delivery schedules
