Responsible for providing coordination between production and customer’s’requirements and other administrative assistance to Sales Department to ensuresmooth day-to-day operation of sales and business development.

• Effectively manage a large number of incoming enquiries on all-commerce platforms and social media channels, phone calls, and ensure thatissues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
• Process all digital sales orders placed on e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
• Identify and assess customers’ requirements and needs.
• Keep records of all customer interactions.
• Enhance customers’ experience to all social media platforms.
• Communicate with IT, sales and operation departments to fulfil orders.
