Indoor Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities (The Core Workflow) 1. RFP / RFQ / RFI Analysis Receive, log, and thoroughly review all incoming Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs) from end-users and EPC contractors. Analyze technical specifications, data sheets, bill of materials (BOM), and commercial terms to determine bid feasibility and requirements. Identify any technical clarifications needed and communicate them promptly to the client's engineering or procurement teams. 2. OEM & Supplier Coordination Act as the primary technical and commercial liaison with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), global sourcing partners, and aftermarket suppliers. Negotiate with OEMs to secure the most competitive pricing, optimal delivery lead times, and necessary technical documentation (certificates of origin, test reports, compliance data).
