About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Programme Lead. This role will work with mental health and addictions clinical teams promoting engagement with Non‑Government Organisations (NGO) partners who provide employment support for tāngata whai i te ora in the adult age group. This role is responsible for working collaboratively with others to plan, develop, deliver and the programme. This role will provide an opportunity for you to act on your belief in the value of employment and training in recovery, as you apply your skills in providing programme leadership and coordination including support, education, relationship building and liaison, reporting and practical assistance.
