Job Overview

Individual Giving Assistant – Montreal, Canada (Grade GS4). This role supports the Private Sector Partnerships Service (PSP) within UNHCR’s Division of External Relations by mobilizing resources from the private sector and enhancing individual giving programmes.

Responsibilities

• Implement donor acquisition, retention, and development programmes as per the approved annual plan.
• Deliver best‑in‑class donor care through welcome letters, thank‑you correspondence, newsletters, email, calls, and complaint handling.
• Lead cross‑channel fundraising campaigns (upgrade, conversion, acquisition, welcome, recapture, loyalty, etc.) across Face‑to‑Face, digital, DRTV, multichannel, and direct mail.
