Purpose of consultancy
The Recruitment Consultant will drive and coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition activities, primarily executing the recruitment and selection processes associated with the organizational restructuring of relevant Country Offices, while ensuring full compliance with UNFPA policies, procedures, and applicable Staff Regulations and Rules.
Scope of work
You will be responsible for:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for positions established or impacted by realignment exercises, including internal job fairs and other priority regional vacancies as assigned.
Review and finalize job descriptions and position requirements in collaboration with Country Offices, hiring managers, and the Regional HR Team.
