Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (internships/co-ops welcome).
- 0-2 years of experience; exposure to indirect spend, basic buying, or Lean/Continuous-Improvement concepts is a plus.
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI, Tableau, or SQL exposure preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process perfection and waste elimination.
- Clear, concise communicator—comfortable talking to suppliers and executives alike.
- Resilient under pressure; stays productive when priorities shift or timelines tighten.
