We are expanding our network of experienced, accredited Independent Professional Coaches to support coaching assignments across South Africa. Successful candidates will be contracted on an as-and-when-required basis to deliver high-quality coaching interventions for our corporate, public sector, and development partners.

Professional coaching qualification from a recognised institution. Minimum 5 years’ professional coaching experience. Current ICF or COMENSA accreditation (or eligibility for accreditation). Demonstrated coaching experience with professionals, managers, and executives. Excellent facilitation, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
