This position ensures that residents are supported to live safely, independently, and with dignity, while promoting wellbeing, safeguarding, and community engagement. Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day delivery of Independent Living services across multiple housing schemes. Ensure residents receive a consistent, high-quality service that promotes independence, wellbeing, and tenancy sustainment. Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with Council policies, procedures, and service standards.
