Requirements
- At least three years of marketing experience, with a background in an agency working with retail or beauty clients
- Hands-on with newsletters, website management, Canva, and digital content execution
- Autonomous and structured; able to manage multiple workstreams without close supervision
- Resilient under direct feedback, and turns it into improvement
- Fluent in Spanish and English; based in Madrid
- Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, or subscription-based consumer brands
