Incident Command Lead: Service Stability & Problem Mgmt

Nasstar is seeking a Service Stability Lead in Cyberjaya to own end-to-end incident and problem management, driving rapid service restoration and permanent fixes. You will chair bridge calls, coordinate resolver teams, and deliver structured communications to customers and stakeholders.

The role focuses on preventing recurrence through RCA, improving incident handling, and ensuring alignment with Nasstar processes and ServiceNow.
