Inbound Sales Representative – Vancouver Headquarters (1290 Homer Street, Vancouver, BC)

This role operates on a 40-hour work week with rotating shifts, providing coverage for the Australia time zones (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). Time zone: UTC-8 (PST).

Shift Start: 11 AM PST earliest.

Shift End: 7 PM–10 PM PST latest.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat.
• Handle a high volume of inquiries from potential customers interested in our products and services.
• Provide detailed product information and address customer concerns.
• Manage leads in the CRM system, including updates and assignments to sales representatives.
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
