- Process accurately and efficiently orders requested by the customers
- Inform customers of deals and promotions
- Generate customer interest in the companys products and services
- Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of customers
- Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience
- Manage and update customer databases with notes for each customer
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
- Perform other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the management
