Inbound Compliance Manager

This is a critical role at the heart of how our supply chain operates, ensuring products flow into our network accurately, efficiently and to the right standards. You will lead a small team, taking ownership of inbound compliance across suppliers, logistics partners and depots, shaping how we manage stock accuracy, supplier performance and payment integrity. Working across a wide network of stakeholders, you will use data, insight and sound judgement to drive improvements and resolve issues that directly impact availability and cost.

Alongside the operational focus, this role plays a key part in the ongoing transformation of our supply chain, supporting how new systems, processes and ways of working land in day-to-day operations.
