Inbound and Outbound Sales (Logistics)

Requirements: 24 years experience in a call centre . Experience in logistics or the automotive industry. Strong communication and sales skills. Computer literate (CRM system experience advantageous). Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls. Liaise with OEMs, dealers, and private clients. Promote services and generate leads. Coordinate bookings and vehicle movement requests. Maintain client relationships and ensure high service quality. Capture and update data on internal systems.
