Job Purpose

To promote products and support sales in retail stores, engaging with customers, demonstrating items, and helping with stock forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate TD SYNNEX products of the assigned vendor in the store
• Showcase product features and benefits to customers
• Provide hands‑on demonstrations to encourage trial and purchase
• Answer questions and provide product‑related information
• Promote special offers and upsell related products
• Assist in achieving daily or weekly sales targets
• Maintain clean and well‑stocked displays
• Observe customer behavior and preferences
• Collect and report customer feedback according to vendor goals
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock
• Support procurement forecasting by monitoring stock levels and sales trends
