Regular:
- Ensure requirements of Quality management system for Chennai plant Build required systems for automotive QMS certification for the plant Support for Review and authorize quality gates for new projects of EM and EM-IB Coordinate for customer PPAP process for EM and EM-IB projects
- Series support for customers. Claim management in case of 0 km complaints / warranty handling and analysis of field failures. IQIS system management for all types of complaints. Coordinate and drive improvements in terms of quality within the value stream from source / make and deliver.
- Implement zero defect quality initiatives in the plant ( Also initiatives driven from RBIN/QMM ) Coordinate for risk assessment in case of concessions / complaints Lessons learnt drive and support for the plant. eLPC monitoring for the plant. Plan and implement at all levels. Coordinate and face internal / external system audits and customer audits....
