In-House Tech Counsel – Software Licensing (1-Year Contract)

Siemens Mobility in Portugal is seeking a full-time in-house attorney to negotiate software licenses, cloud services, and professional services contracts. You will advise business teams, report to a senior attorney, and support the DACH region in a global, multilingual environment.

This 1-year maternity cover starts September 1st and requires fluency in German and German-law knowledge, with 3–4 years of experience in technology agreements.
