This role maintains and supports the reliable operation of HVAC systems across a large multi-building facility. You will perform a balanced mix of preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of equipment, including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, freezers, and building automation systems, ensuring comfortable and safe conditions for all occupants.
**Responsibilities**
+ Keep all HVAC systems for the facility operating efficiently and reliably across multiple buildings.
+ Perform a mix of preventative and reactive maintenance (approximately 50/50) on rooftop units, boilers, chillers, freezers, and building automation systems.
+ Troubleshoot and repair building automation systems and components, including sensors, actuators, and user interfaces.
