In-House Counsel - Contracts & Compliance Training

Iovance Biotherapeutics seeks an in-house counsel to review, negotiate, and manage third-party contracts including MSAs and supply agreements; you will collaborate with in-house attorneys and paralegals to achieve legal goals and advise on contract management systems.

You will draft, review, and summarize contracts, monitor compliance, train employees on processes, and provide legal recommendations to business partners. Travel may be required.
