Job Description
- Lead the group of engineers, ensuring the planning KPIs within defined timelines to meet expectations.
- Hydraulic Power Pack design, perform Hydraulic calculation.
- Hydraulic aggregate valve, components, pipe, and fittings selection & verification.
- Drawings Quality Check, Overseeing the design process using technical expertise.
- Identify and address areas of improvement in product designs based on internal and external complaints, developing preventive measures or improved designs that enhance both operational and product performance.
- Contribute and Support team in competency and process development on continuous basis.
- Communicating with team members to ensure they are meeting deadlines, resolving issues, and following procedures.
