Import Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary
Support warehouse and operations teams by preparing and processing documentation, coordinating deliveries, managing billing and reporting, handling customer inquiries, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process operational documents including Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, permits, and job sheets to ensure accurate record-keeping
Perform accurate data entry into Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Excel, and internal systems to maintain up-to-date information
Maintain organized filing systems for both softcopy and hardcopy operational documents to facilitate easy retrieval
Liaise effectively with customers, drivers, warehouse teams, and operations staff to coordinate activities and resolve issues
Assist in scheduling deliveries, collections, and warehouse operations to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
