Job Description: Handle full-spectrum airfreight forwarding operations, including shipment booking, documentation, coordination with airlines and ground handlers, customs clearance for imports, export documentation, billing, and shipment completion. Serve as the main liaison for customers on import and export shipments, providing shipment updates, responding to enquiries, and resolving operational issues promptly. Coordinate closely with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking vendors, and customs authorities to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
