Key Responsibilities • Attend to consignees' delivery, documentation, and operational queries • Prepare, submit, and follow up on permit and regulatory applications • Coordinate with vendors on service execution and operational matters • Monitor vendor performance and SLA compliance • Issue client invoices accurately and in a timely manner • Submit Purchase Orders (PO) and Requests for Fund (RF) • Validate vendor billing and resolve discrepancies with Finance • Maintain accurate operational, compliance, and billing records • Proactively flag operational, vendor, or compliance risks
