Vacancy Description
- Communicate with customers via email or phone
- Ensure import manifest information is correctly input into WMS
- Ensure export load plan is in proper order and perform correct stock connecting to export container
- Ensure customers special instructions are carried out before unstuffing or stuffing
- Check and send tally sheet after container is being unstuffed or stuffed
- Inform and follow up with customers on cargo dispute / damages or cargo not stuffed
- Resolve customer's request on cargo dispute / damages and attend to surveys
- Provide report to customers on outstanding cargo
- Dangerous cargo application
- A dynamic team player with good communication and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced work setting
- Minimum Nitec, pass English.
- Relevant experience with import and export documentation or cargo planning is advantageous.
