Import Export Executive

Designation: Executive (EXIM – DGFT) Experience required: Minimum 3 years in the DGFT Job role. JOB DESCRIPTION Application for new EPCG licenses and follow-up for closure of old BG & bond files Timely submission of EPCG installation certificates at Customs & DGFT Follow-up for Drawback and RoDTEP incentives and generation of scripts Coordination for CA / CE certificates required for DGFT Follow-up for CA / CE certificates and EPCG bond registration Tax invoices, including sharing payment details with respective vendors GR document lodging at bank for e-BRC release and follow-up for payment advice from Finance Department Generation of E-BRC's in DGFT Portal Submission of import Bill of Entries at bank Follow-up for closure of pending EDPMS & IDPMS cases Coordination with Shipping Line and CHA for pending RoDTEP / Drawback scrolls and pending EGM Preparation of weekly export incentives summary reports
