Responsibilities
- Own the launch process as project lead for new hospital onboarding, driving timelines and managing deliverables.
- Deliver training sessions to equip veterinary staff with the knowledge and workflows needed to introduce care plans.
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and communication flow to ensure all readiness checkpoints are met.
- Conduct technical readiness reviews to verify integrations, configurations, and systems are launch‑ready.
- Partner with Hospital Success Managers, Engineering, and Product teams to improve the onboarding lifecycle.
