Job Overview

Leads customer engagement to ensure all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations are met while managing corporate, customer, and third‑party vendor efforts to plan, sell, and implement solutions to customer problems. Responsible for business and team management.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer project delivery, including revenue, scope, risk, and legal/commercial issues.
• Handle project financials (P&L), meet approved budgets, and provide financial forecasts.
• Identify and develop new opportunities on current projects, support qualification and opportunity assessment for large and moderately complex opportunities.
• Act as opportunity manager for medium to high risk deals.
• Manage client relationships and represent the organization to external customers.
