Implementation Manager

This is a remote position. Implementation Manager Fold Health, Inc. | US Remote (East Coast preferred) | ~25% travel Fold Health is hiring an Implementation Manager to own enterprise go-lives for value-based care organizations. You will manage the full implementation lifecycle for ACOs, MSOs, IPAs, and risk-bearing provider groups deploying Folds care orchestration platform. This role reports to the Director of Implementations. You will typically run 24 concurrent implementations. Success is measured by on-time go-live delivery, customer adoption rates, time-to-value, and implementation quality scores.
