DUTIES: Serve as a strategic professional responsible for supporting and delivering complex implementation initiatives by applying subject matter expertise to business, operational, and technology related projects. Gather and organize information on problems or procedures to support effective project evaluation. Stay abreast of developments within the functional area and contribute to implementation strategy by assessing applicability to assigned initiatives and the broader business. Confer with relevant personnel to ensure the successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
