Summary

As an Implementation Specialist and Business Analyst within our Hospitality Operations team, you will lead the end‑to‑end onboarding of general hotel customers onto the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS). You will be responsible for translating complex customer requirements into technical configurations, managing data migrations, and ensuring a seamless transition from kick‑off to go‑live.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the implementation of ACRS features from inception to production.
• Scope projects by gathering requirements directly from customers and third parties (OTAs, PMSs) to ensure a fit‑for‑purpose solution.
• Define and execute the optimal strategy for system initialization and data migration to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
