Impact Director - Social Enterprise Growth & Fundraising

Redemption Roasters in London is seeking a Head of Impact to lead their mission to reduce reoffending through coffee. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the third sector, outstanding financial management skills, and a proven track record in fundraising.

This role will oversee barista training and employment support for prison leavers while ensuring the organization’s social mission remains central to its growth and success.

The position is based at the head office in King’s Cross and offers a permanent contract of 40 hours per week.
