Our client, a fast-growing technology company, is seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist to temporarily support and independently manage its employment-based immigration program during a period of continued growth. This individual will serve as the primary internal resource for employment-based immigration, partnering closely with People Operations, Employment Counsel, employees, business leaders, and outside immigration counsel to independently manage immigration matters and ensure the successful execution of the company's employment-based immigration program.
This is an excellent opportunity for an immigration professional who enjoys owning processes, collaborating across multiple business functions, and supporting employees throughout the immigration lifecycle within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
