This full‑time Immigration Specialist (paralegal) role focuses on creating and maintaining practical guidance content for professionals working in immigration law. You will contribute to a leading online resource, helping users navigate key areas of UK immigration by delivering clear, accurate, and up-to-date materials.
Responsibilities
- Working closely alongside and under the supervision of the Lead Immigration Knowledge Lawyer, writing, editing, and maintaining content for the Immigration module, including practical guidance notes, precedent documents, checklists, flowcharts, Q&A, and related materials
- Monitoring legal and practice developments relevant to our customer base
- Engaging with customers and legal contacts to understand their needs and staying updated on the latest developments and market trends
- Assisting with customer questions and feedback
