About the Role
We’re hiring a highly organized Immigration Post‑Filing Assistant / Legal Assistant to support post‑filing workflows across humanitarian and family‑based immigration matters. This role manages government follow‑ups, SIJS case coordination, EAD processing, and client preparation throughout USCIS, consular, and court processes.
