Immigration Lawyer (Contract)

We are an international relocation and immigration consulting company seeking an experienced Philippine immigration lawyer to work with us on a contractor basis.

• Advise on Philippine immigration law and residency options for foreign nationals.
• Draft and process Special Powers of Attorney (SPAs) for clients located overseas.
• Prepare and file residency and long-term visa applications.
• Liaise with the Bureau of Immigration and other relevant government agencies.
• Provide legal guidance on immigration compliance and related matters.

• Licensed attorney in the Philippines and in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience with Philippine immigration law.
• Experience handling foreign clients is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Responsive, professional, and able to work remotely.
