We are seeking a detail‑oriented Immigration Case Worker to assist clients with the preparation and processing of visa applications and supporting documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client documents for completeness and accuracy
• Assist with the preparation of visa application forms
• Organize and maintain client files and records
• Request and follow up on required supporting documents
• Prepare document packs for submission
• Liaise with clients regarding application requirements and progress
• Ensure applications are prepared in accordance with relevant requirements and deadlines
• Maintain high standards of customer service and confidentiality

Requirements

• Previous experience in visa processing, casework, or document preparation
