RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent clients in immigration proceedings before EOIR, including hearings, motions, and appeals.Prepare and file applications, petitions, and responses with USCIS.Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice on complex immigration issues.Work closely with clients to gather evidence, prepare case documentation, and strategize legal approaches.Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and ensure comprehensive client support. KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Active license to practice law (any state)Experience in immigration lawStrong analytical, research, and writing skills.Excellent communication and client management abilities.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish a plus.
