IFS Solution Architect (Finance)

• Travel: Occasional onsite visits for workshops and training sessions
• Language Requirements: English required, German speaking is a strong plus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture activities within the IFS Finance landscape
• Support and optimise Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within IFS
• Configure and advise on 3-way matching processes and finance workflows
• Work closely with Shared Services Finance teams to improve operational efficiency
• Support MCPR-related finance and procurement activities
• Provide expertise around Part Management processes within IFS
• Assist with VAT phase requirements and finance compliance activities
• Deliver workshops, stakeholder sessions, and Key User Training
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure best-practice IFS solutions
• Support ongoing optimisation, issue resolution, and process improvements
