South America Area Lead, Facilities Management

Position Summary

The South America FM Area Lead is responsible for providing operational oversight, and governance across all Facilities Management (FM) activities within the South America region. This role ensures high‑quality delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, adherence to global FM standards, effective project execution, and strong stakeholder alignment.

As part of the GBS Facilities Management Team, you will join a global organization responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and efficient workplaces that enable business performance across all regions. The team oversees the full scope of facilities operations, including service delivery management, governance, compliance, sustainability initiatives, and vendor performance.
