Identity & Security Specialist

Overview of the Role

The Identity & Security Specialist is responsible for providing operational support for identity, endpoint security, backup, patch management, and security administration across managed customer environments. This role ensures that identity services, endpoint protection, backup operations, and security controls are maintained in accordance with organizational standards and service level agreements (SLAs). 

Responsibilities:

• Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions across Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and supported cloud platforms. 
• Assign Microsoft 365 licenses, security groups, and application access. 
• Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), and Conditional Access policies.
