ID 4450 - Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Solid experience working with cross-functional engineering teams (front-end, back-end, QA).
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Experience coordinating with product owners/stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate status.
• Comfortable working with AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and support day-to-day project management tasks (e.g. reporting, documentation, planning, or research).
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
