Post Details Permanent, Part-time 24 hours per week Responsibilities Identify the clinical learning and development needs of ICU staff in collaboration with the Practice Development and ICU Management teams. Develop, coordinate, and deliver mandatory and continuing education programmes for Intensive Care staff. Design and update training materials to reflect current clinical standards, evidence-based practice, and best practice guidelines. Coordinate and facilitate in-house and external educational courses, workshops, and competency-based training.
