ICT Support Technicians (2 Positions)

We, an Auckland based company is seeking a motivated and reliable ICT Support Technicians (2 Positions) to join our growing team in Auckland. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, provide technical assistance to staff and clients, and will design and maintain our company’s website.

The tasks and duties include, but are not limited to the following: 
 Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues 
for clients.  
 Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries and service requests. 
 Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers based on operational needs. 
 Maintain accurate and detailed support documentation, including logging system faults 
and user requests in the service management system. 
 Configure, deploy, install, and maintain IT equipment including PCs, laptops, tablets,
